A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Parts Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and oversee the automotive part order fulfillment process
- Provide exceptional dealer support by sourcing and coordinating shipments with parts depots
- Maintain strong partnerships with the dealer network and internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of customer service experience in an office setting
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 9AM to 6PM Central Time
