Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an inbound call center position, working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Document correspondence and contacts in accordance with established procedures
• Complete system updates in line with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, including speaking and reading
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Knowledge of child support policies and payment processing procedures
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
