Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Principal to drive and manage organizational change initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance employee engagement during organizational changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and align change management efforts with organizational goals
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership and recommending improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Prosci Certification preferred
