Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Principal to drive and manage organizational change initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance employee engagement during organizational changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and align change management efforts with organizational goals
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership and recommending improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in change management or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Prosci Certification preferred
