Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of prior leadership experience
- Prior leadership experience in a contact center environment, preferably in claims
- Ability to analyze data and trends related to service levels
- Demonstrated effective coaching and feedback skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
