Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Client Operations Support Analyst.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of proprietary software application products via telephone and/or internet
- Assist customers in resolving complex technical problems by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems
- Follow up with customers to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed upon time frame
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled at least part-time at an accredited College or University in a technical discipline
- 0-1 years of related experience supporting engineering, information technology, or other technical operations
- Preferred 1 year of experience within the Healthcare or Insurance space
- Familiar with SQL and Oracle databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
