Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Service who will be responsible for leading a team of frontline associates to provide exceptional support to clients using HR/Benefits software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of frontline associates to provide direct support to clients
  • Coach and develop direct reports, identify training needs, and align workflow to meet clients' needs
  • Track support metrics, execute programs to foster client satisfaction, and investigate and recommend solutions for client issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience, preferably in a technology-related industry
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Payroll and/or HCM software knowledge preferred
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling and ability to adapt in a deadline-driven environment
