Collections Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, PFS to lead the collections team in achieving departmental goals related to cash collections and reimbursement rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the collections team to meet productivity and quality standards while providing training and coaching
- Research payer policies and manage denied claims to improve reimbursement outcomes
- Develop and deliver reports to management on payer issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in Accounts Receivables
- Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, insurance plans, and ICD 10 codes
- Experience with Practice Management systems, preferably Xifin
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for report creation
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach staff through collection processes
