Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global Customer Experience team supporting digital customer interactions
  • Manage contact center operations and service delivery, including vendor management and resource allocation
  • Drive performance and growth of individual contributors and leaders, and collaborate with Quality and Consumer Insights
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of customer service experience with 5+ years in management
  • Expert knowledge of contact center management and omni-channel support
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a background in data analysis
  • Experience in operations, logistics, and order management support preferred
  • Familiarity with "Voice of Customer" methodologies and vendor selection processes
