Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in SaaS customer onboarding or related roles
- Ability to manage project scope and delivery timelines across multiple projects
- Proficiency in Boolean search language or willingness to learn
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing business requirements
