Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Professional I to provide exceptional service to health insurance members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support to members and stakeholders via phone and written communication
- Accurately interpret and explain insurance benefits, claims payments, and eligibility policies
- Assess and resolve complex service issues while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service experience in relevant fields
- Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
