Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Professional I to provide exceptional service to health insurance members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer support to members and stakeholders via phone and written communication
  • Accurately interpret and explain insurance benefits, claims payments, and eligibility policies
  • Assess and resolve complex service issues while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of customer service experience in relevant fields
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple systems
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
