Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in customer-facing service, retail operations, and operational support
  • Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and identifying opportunities
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships internally and externally

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
