Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive global strategy to enhance customer experience for both customers and shoppers
- Develop and track customer success metrics and improve customer satisfaction goals
- Design and launch customer support infrastructure and formal customer support programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in customer-facing service, retail operations, and operational support
- Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and identifying opportunities
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships internally and externally
- Relentless customer obsession with a strong desire to invent and simplify
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
