Job Summary
A company is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to join their Customer Support team.

- Diagnose and resolve technical support issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical support issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or similar role
- Practical experience in technical Salesforce administration or similar Salesforce role
- SQL proficiency
- Remote work experience
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of SaaS technology
