Job Summary

A company is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to join their Customer Support team.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or similar role
  • Practical experience in technical Salesforce administration or similar Salesforce role
  • SQL proficiency
  • Remote work experience
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of SaaS technology
