Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Program Manager - VoC Platform Administrator to oversee the deployment and management of their survey program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the VOC platform, including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
- Implement new platform features and updates to enhance functionality
- Optimize the VOC platform to support dynamic research and insights needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an XM/VoC/Qualtrics Platform delivery role or similar
- Experience with large-scale survey initiatives in global organizations
- Ability to define programs and deliver projects that meet evolving business needs
- Deep expertise in building data visualization dashboards
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, APIs, and data engineering best practices
