Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Program Manager - VoC Platform Administrator to oversee the deployment and management of their survey program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the VOC platform, including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
  • Implement new platform features and updates to enhance functionality
  • Optimize the VOC platform to support dynamic research and insights needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an XM/VoC/Qualtrics Platform delivery role or similar
  • Experience with large-scale survey initiatives in global organizations
  • Ability to define programs and deliver projects that meet evolving business needs
  • Deep expertise in building data visualization dashboards
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, APIs, and data engineering best practices
