Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Partner Programs to lead the development and management of revenue-generating partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize partner programs to support sales motions and drive revenue
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design and execute scalable programs for partner success
  • Establish metrics and analyze performance data to evaluate partner program effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or sales enablement
  • Deep understanding of sales motions and partner ecosystems in UCaaS and CCaaS technologies
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and scaling partner programs with measurable impact
  • Able to analyze program performance and leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
