Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of GTM Enablement to lead enablement programs and tools for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enablement roadmap across the customer journey
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align training and tools with business priorities
- Build and scale onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or GTM leadership, with 3-5 years in a management role
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment supporting Sales and Customer Success teams
- Deep familiarity with Gong, Seismic, Salesforce, and Gainsight
- Strong understanding of sales and success methodologies
- Proven track record of designing scalable enablement programs that deliver measurable results
