Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a contract position that is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and their respective software
  • Resolve computer hardware, software, internet, and web-based application issues
  • Utilize help desk ticketing system and provide remote and in-person support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Solid background in Windows and Active Directory
  • Experience with minor hardware repairs
  • Familiarity with imaging computers using agency-approved software
  • Ability to set up mobile devices including laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Experience in providing support for printers and copiers
