Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a contract position that is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and their respective software
- Resolve computer hardware, software, internet, and web-based application issues
- Utilize help desk ticketing system and provide remote and in-person support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Solid background in Windows and Active Directory
- Experience with minor hardware repairs
- Familiarity with imaging computers using agency-approved software
- Ability to set up mobile devices including laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Experience in providing support for printers and copiers
