Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Tier 1 Support Technician to provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing desktop and operational support to users and remote offices
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing remote support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
  • Additional training or education in a relevant area may be beneficial
  • Experience in customer support or call center support preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of monitoring logs and scheduled events is desirable
