Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Tier 1 Support Technician to provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing desktop and operational support to users and remote offices
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing remote support as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
- Additional training or education in a relevant area may be beneficial
- Experience in customer support or call center support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of monitoring logs and scheduled events is desirable
