Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide IT support and resolve end-user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the resolution of technology issues and guide users through troubleshooting steps
- Maintain helpdesk procedures and monitor incident tickets in the IT Ticketing System
- Contribute to the onboarding/off-boarding process and manage inventory asset management
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support with knowledge of Microsoft/Apple software
- Ability to manage multiple workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- On-call availability and capability to respond remotely
- Personal drive to initiate and complete projects
- Experience in creating training materials for new hires
