Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide IT support and resolve end-user issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the resolution of technology issues and guide users through troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain helpdesk procedures and monitor incident tickets in the IT Ticketing System
  • Contribute to the onboarding/off-boarding process and manage inventory asset management
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT support with knowledge of Microsoft/Apple software
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • On-call availability and capability to respond remotely
  • Personal drive to initiate and complete projects
  • Experience in creating training materials for new hires
