Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Analytics Data Analyst I to analyze extensive datasets and provide insights that influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions
- Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and automation opportunities
Required Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience with large databases and data management
- Working knowledge of SQL/query languages
- Experience in Workday report writing is highly preferred
