HR Operations Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Advisor 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
• Act as the point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating the approval and creation process
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and track end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
• 3-4 years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in a related field
• Must have Office Experience (Outlook/Excel/Word)
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
