Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Manager, BenAdmin Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and integrate benefits administration systems, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to gather requirements and facilitate project meetings
  • Provide technical support and manage issue resolution while overseeing project implementation phases
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support in Benefits Administration or Human Capital Management
  • Advanced knowledge of benefits administration systems, SaaS, and payroll processes
  • Subject matter expertise in data imports, exports, and payroll
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple integration assignments and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors
