Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent: Korean (night shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and social media to resolve daily incidents
  • Manage incoming calls and chats to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with customers
  • Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and maintain records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in User or Customer Support is highly valued
  • Preferred experience with Zendesk
  • High proficiency in Korean (oral and written) and fluency in Spanish or English
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute simultaneous tasks
  • Candidates must reside in Spain
