Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop substation protection and control design projects
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, designers, and drafters
- Manage project ownership, including financials, resources, and design
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design
- Ability to lead substation design projects aligning engineering execution with program management
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E) license is preferred
- Experience in leading project teams is advantageous
