Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line customer support via email, screen sharing, and phone calls
- Engage as a subject matter expert and assist customers with complex environments in Skytap
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Windows Desktop/Server and/or Linux Operating Systems
- Strong background in VMware or other virtualization technologies
- Experience with IBM Power Systems is a plus
- Ability to debug customer problems at the Linux and Windows admin levels
- Experience in post-sales or customer support roles is preferred
