Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line customer support via email, screen sharing, and phone calls
  • Engage as a subject matter expert and assist customers with complex environments in Skytap
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Windows Desktop/Server and/or Linux Operating Systems
  • Strong background in VMware or other virtualization technologies
  • Experience with IBM Power Systems is a plus
  • Ability to debug customer problems at the Linux and Windows admin levels
  • Experience in post-sales or customer support roles is preferred
