Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication work plans to support change initiatives
  • Create and approve materials that facilitate change management goals
  • Assist in coordinating large and complex projects and resolve scheduling conflicts
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of professional experience in media, marketing, or relevant fields
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and promoting diversity
  • Ability to present ideas to large groups
