Key Responsibilities

• Create and support learning and development programs for the business
• Deliver engaging training sessions and develop training materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and coordinate logistics for execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in a learning and development-focused role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning programs
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and curriculum development
• Experience with various learning management tools and training applications
