Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Support Technician, Primary IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Provide efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably supporting business to business services or technology
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry
