Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Manager Mid Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 50 - 60 mid-market clients and advisors
- Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and regulatory requirements while providing consultative solutions
- Monitor annual plan projects and maintain documentation on client projects within the CRM software tool
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in qualified retirement plans with expert knowledge of plan design and regulations
- QKA certification required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of managing and servicing retirement plans, including compliance and recordkeeping
- Extensive knowledge of retirement plan design options, including defined contribution and defined benefit plans
