Job Summary
A workforce solutions and staffing agency is in need of a Remote Bilingual Portuguese Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming calls from consumers
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual Portuguese
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 years of experience
