Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Compensation and Total Rewards Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Using HRIS system on compensation management tools
  • Leading the annual salary administration process by responding to questions from managers and employees
  • Conducting job evaluations and market pricing for existing and new jobs

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of experience in a finance or compensation-related role
  • Experience with LTI, STI's, executive compensation, sales compensation and broad-based compensation
  • Knowledge of job families across typical organization structures
  • Deep expertise and passion for Excel
  • Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
