Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Compensation and Total Rewards Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Using HRIS system on compensation management tools
- Leading the annual salary administration process by responding to questions from managers and employees
- Conducting job evaluations and market pricing for existing and new jobs
Qualifications Include:
- 8+ years of experience in a finance or compensation-related role
- Experience with LTI, STI's, executive compensation, sales compensation and broad-based compensation
- Knowledge of job families across typical organization structures
- Deep expertise and passion for Excel
- Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
