Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Remote Computer Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working directly with customers and with the sales team to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Understanding and tracking Customer Success key customer performance metrics
  • Promoting company culture and vision

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or
  • Related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
