A live chat outsourcing company is in need of a Remote eCommerce Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Serve as product expert to support customer needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Ring Central Software
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Has working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce
