Job Summary
A live chat outsourcing company is in need of a Remote eCommerce Customer Service Agent.
Must be able to:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Serve as product expert to support customer needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Ring Central Software
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Has working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce
