Remote Enablement Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A provider of identity for the enterprise is filling a position for a Remote Enablement Operations Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and own key GTM enablement programs for the sales tech stack
• Utilize data and feedback on system use to ensure field teams
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and the Systems Enablement team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing field enablement projects and programs in a mid to large size company
• Prior experience developing and launching training curriculum for GTM productivity tools
• Prior experience managing projects using Asana, Google Suite and Zoom webinars
• Demonstrated ability working well under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Open to new ideas with the ability to find creative solutions to complex communications challenges
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple deliverables
