Job Summary
A provider of identity for the enterprise is filling a position for a Remote Enablement Operations Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and own key GTM enablement programs for the sales tech stack
- Utilize data and feedback on system use to ensure field teams
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and the Systems Enablement team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing field enablement projects and programs in a mid to large size company
- Prior experience developing and launching training curriculum for GTM productivity tools
- Prior experience managing projects using Asana, Google Suite and Zoom webinars
- Demonstrated ability working well under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Open to new ideas with the ability to find creative solutions to complex communications challenges
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple deliverables
