Job Summary
An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Software Expansion Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Target on incremental revenue growth from a nominated customer list, and retention of the revenue therein
- Communicate with existing customers, with a focus on communicating information about Megaport value proposition
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate to provide customers a lead point of contact
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in an Account Management / Sales role
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced technical environment, with multiple tasks or goals
- Focus and attention to customer needs and appreciation of the customers’ service issues, or pain points
- Ability to deliver revenue results and operate in a consultative based selling approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with the wider Megaport teams to focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain records, reports and data as per the Megaport models
