Remote Head of Central GTM Operations
Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Head of Central GTM Operations.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving headcount governance, ensuring governance on all headcount investments including cost
- Driving the rhythm for the Office of the Chief Revenue Officer
- Driving the overall GTM rhythm of the business, ensuring an effective, efficient and calm cadence
Qualifications for this position include:
- 15+ years experience with 10+ relevant experience in GTM Operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive a strong and efficient operating rhythm and governance
- Proven success leading and managing headcount including territories and quota
- Proven experience leading demand and revenue program initiatives (e.g. Demand Generation, Sales Development etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading and developing top talent
