Job Summary
A privately-held information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging with Customer Success leadership to build out a repeatable customer journey
- Managing overall relationship with assigned customers
- Providing guidance on customer engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption and usage
Qualifications for this position include:
- Data management Industry knowledge
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce, or other similar systems
- 3+ years of directly related experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Consulting Services
- Demonstrable ability to work and excel in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience with customer success planning and driving projects to completion
- At least 5 years' experience within the information technology industry with some experience in the software industry
