Job Summary

A privately-held information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Engaging with Customer Success leadership to build out a repeatable customer journey
  • Managing overall relationship with assigned customers
  • Providing guidance on customer engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption and usage

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Data management Industry knowledge
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce, or other similar systems
  • 3+ years of directly related experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Consulting Services
  • Demonstrable ability to work and excel in a fast-paced global environment
  • Experience with customer success planning and driving projects to completion
  • At least 5 years' experience within the information technology industry with some experience in the software industry
