A technology solutions firm has a current position open for a Remote Microsoft Customer Service Operations Field Enablement Program Manager.

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years working with payment processors, payment integration, e-commerce teams, digital licenses, or telcos
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or equivalent role managing independent or cross functional projects
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large scale projects and growth initiatives
  • Experience with managing, leading, and supporting robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
