Job Summary
An insurance industry business solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Network Customer Service Support Agent 1.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete provider outreach/education
- Verify provider demographic data
- Review bill pricing disputes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, production environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint. and Excel, strong Outlook skills required
