An insurance industry business solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Network Customer Service Support Agent 1.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Complete provider outreach/education
  • Verify provider demographic data
  • Review bill pricing disputes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced, production environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint. and Excel, strong Outlook skills required
