Job Summary
A technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Organizational Change Management Technology Manager.
Must be able to:
- Communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps
- Define, develop, and drive execution of organizational change management projects
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s degree
- At least 4 years in an established consulting firm environment
- Expert in providing change management support for technology driven transformation programs
- Highly skilled in leading change management activities, executing communication strategies and leading workstreams
- Ability to conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps
- Ability to communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
