Job Summary

A technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Organizational Change Management Technology Manager.

Must be able to:

• Communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps
• Define, develop, and drive execution of organizational change management projects

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s degree
• At least 4 years in an established consulting firm environment
• Expert in providing change management support for technology driven transformation programs
• Highly skilled in leading change management activities, executing communication strategies and leading workstreams
• Ability to conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps
• Ability to communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
