Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote People Analytics Principal Data Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Consult with senior leaders on the People Team to understand key priorities
- Utilize data to help them make better decisions
- Support employee survey and listening strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience using conceptual data analytics to formulate hypotheses
- 7+ years of work experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights
- 7+ years of consulting experience with customers and influencing leaders
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills
- Expert in design of data visualizations and/or dashboards in BI tools
