Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote People Analytics Principal Data Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Consult with senior leaders on the People Team to understand key priorities
  • Utilize data to help them make better decisions
  • Support employee survey and listening strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience using conceptual data analytics to formulate hypotheses
  • 7+ years of work experience analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights
  • 7+ years of consulting experience with customers and influencing leaders
  • Expert Microsoft Excel skills
  • Expert in design of data visualizations and/or dashboards in BI tools
