A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior People Operations Program Manager.

• Training and mentoring team members on solutions and standard process
• Participating in weekly leadership meetings with Contact Center and Data Team managers
• Retaining ownership over and evolve the Quarterly Business Review
