Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise
  • Obtaining buy-in from customer on required actions on customer's part

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Operational knowledge in how IP Telephony and Virtual Contact center solutions interact with other technology
  • Detailed knowledge in all components of cloud technology based applications
  • Operational knowledge of of Avaya, Mitel and Cisco solutions
  • Understanding of web programming language
  • Expert in Admin Console of VCC and expert ability to troubleshoot the applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or comparable industry certifications or experience CCNA, CCNP
