Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise
- Obtaining buy-in from customer on required actions on customer's part
Qualifications for this position include:
- Operational knowledge in how IP Telephony and Virtual Contact center solutions interact with other technology
- Detailed knowledge in all components of cloud technology based applications
- Operational knowledge of of Avaya, Mitel and Cisco solutions
- Understanding of web programming language
- Expert in Admin Console of VCC and expert ability to troubleshoot the applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or comparable industry certifications or experience CCNA, CCNP
