Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and introducing strategic plans to customers based on their business and performance goals
- Being responsible for your own book of business
- Evaluating & presenting metrics and campaign performance using a data driven approach
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ Experience in digital Marketing/Advertising
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management and/or Client Services
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, basic Office tools, and Salesforce
