Job Summary

A business and team software developer has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and executing on account and contract expansion strategies, working closely with Sales to close net new revenue
  • Representing the Voice of the Customer internally
  • Renewing customer subscriptions in the enterprise segment and achieve the renewal rate objectives

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing customer relationships
  • Above average technical knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of the DevOps market and ecosystem
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, Outreach and Looker
  • Understand Open Source apps and their monetization
  • Experience discovering key goals and steering customer stakeholders with account success plans
