Job Summary
A business and team software developer has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and executing on account and contract expansion strategies, working closely with Sales to close net new revenue
- Representing the Voice of the Customer internally
- Renewing customer subscriptions in the enterprise segment and achieve the renewal rate objectives
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing customer relationships
- Above average technical knowledge
- Strong knowledge of the DevOps market and ecosystem
- Deep experience with Salesforce, Outreach and Looker
- Understand Open Source apps and their monetization
- Experience discovering key goals and steering customer stakeholders with account success plans
