A cloud-based software solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Support Technician.

  • Coordinating resolution of multiple support cases of various priority levels

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Computer Programmer, Web Developer
  • Will accept a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience
