A cloud-based software solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing functional and business requirements
- Coordinating resolution of multiple support cases of various priority levels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Computer Programmer, Web Developer
- Will accept a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience
- Experience with use of C#.NET, Visual Studio.NET, TSQL, SQL Server
