Job Summary
A company that promotes better internet security and safety needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Training Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain course modules for customers, MSPs and resellers.
- Develop and deliver exceptional training sessions to customers
- Deliver training sessions to customers in the form of live webcasts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in technical services or training
- Passion for educating users on how to get the most out of their investments
- Strong technical competency and an ability to translate into relatable assets
- Capable of deriving key insights and patterns from customer interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build positive working relationships in a distributed working environment
