Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and ensure effective training for new hires
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with leaders to enhance sales productivity and customer experience
- Monitor sales processes, provide support for operational efficiency, and manage marketing materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS and/or USHA billing systems, and Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong initiative and self-starter qualities, capable of teamwork
