Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and ensure effective training for new hires
  • Analyze sales data and collaborate with leaders to enhance sales productivity and customer experience
  • Monitor sales processes, provide support for operational efficiency, and manage marketing materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS and/or USHA billing systems, and Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong initiative and self-starter qualities, capable of teamwork
