Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and research healthcare claim calls from providers, verifying necessary data for processing
- Document required information and communicate with providers to resolve issues effectively
- Meet established performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows PCs
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime flexibility
