Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly and accurately process transactions from the work queue
  • Service customer inquiries via incoming phone calls and written correspondence
  • Review, analyze and process written requests and documents as required
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or military experience
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work scheduled hours between 8:30 AM-6:00 PM EST
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions
