Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and accurately process transactions from the work queue
- Service customer inquiries via incoming phone calls and written correspondence
- Review, analyze and process written requests and documents as required
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or military experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to work scheduled hours between 8:30 AM-6:00 PM EST
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions
