Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex workplace investigations and determine appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute investigations and influence decisions
- Provide crisis management support and guidance on performance management issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience, with 5 years in Employee Relations
- Experience leading complex employee investigations with minimal supervision
- Advanced understanding of employment laws and HR-related regulations
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree; Juris Doctorate preferred
