Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex workplace investigations and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute investigations and influence decisions
  • Provide crisis management support and guidance on performance management issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience, with 5 years in Employee Relations
  • Experience leading complex employee investigations with minimal supervision
  • Advanced understanding of employment laws and HR-related regulations
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree; Juris Doctorate preferred
